Great Spirit
As I stand here between yesterdays and tomorrows
The halfway point on this journey of mind
I ask for your continued blessings, protection and guidance
for all who I love and pray for each day
And for clarity of vision for my friends Bud and Jay.

The morning spirits have returned to their posts
A good meal and a moment to regroup are the order of the day
The journey is now halfway behind us
Look back to bid it adieu but only for a moment
The road ahead needs your attention
Twists and turns will need to be negotiated
At the conclusion of this day the center link that secures the chains
That limit our Spiritual fulfillments will be broken
With the mind already contemplating the time of freedom to come
Thoughts will wonder
Try to stay focused on the tasks at hand
Don't allow your thoughts to drive you nuts and distract you from yourself and purpose
Grandmothers time brings comfort and sanctuary
Her warmth and light eases the mind and soothes the soul
From the strongest in body and spirit
To the most fragile and delicate
Her medicine knows no boundaries
Snuggle up decompress and put your worries aside
