God the creator of all things, Great Spirit

I come before you, one of your children

Honored to be in your presence, and humbled by your love, kindness and mercy

I call out your name and sing your praises

And in a humble manner ask for your blessings for this day

And for all who call the earth their home

 

 

"Blessings to all who walk, crawl, fly or swim"

 

Let us go forward on this day of thanks

As one with each other and all things upon the earth

With a gracious heart for the abundance we share

With good thoughts and prayers for those no longer here

 

 

 

 

The day brings the beauty of renewal

Of purity and cleansing

A fresh snow, a fresh perspective

 

 

 

The journey may be challenging for those who must travel

The snow can't hold back the foot that's slow

Go forward in peace and anticipation of the celebration

 

 

 

Over the river and through the woods what ever the path may render

The Spirit is with you

 

 

 

 

Give thanks for the light,
for your life, for your strength.
Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living.
If you see no reason to give thanks,
the fault lies in yourself.

 

 

A full belly, a warm fire a comfy couch

We are truly blessed

The things we sometime take for granted are enormous blessings

Food , shelter, clothing, Family and Friends

A cozy little house with a fire place, and a Kool-Aid smile on everyone's face

 

Love your life, perfect your life,
beautify all things in your life.
Seek to make your life long
and of service to your people.

 

May the Creator Bless this and ever day of your lives

For every day upon the soft and sacred Earth is a day for giving thanks
