Great Spirit, with good heart I ask for your continued prayers and blessing
for all who I pray for each day, and for the sick, the infirmed, the addicted and the forlorn.
For my relations, for there survival and existence,
When the Spirits of the earth come to bring their message
they speak to each of us, in a language that we will know and understand
Just listen.
The flag is out!
There's one lap left in this weekly race of life.
You are the flower that can over come any circumstance.
Finding the sun and the light through the toughest terrain.
On the other side of struggle you will blossom.
The night will come and the and meet with the day.
As one retires another stands guard.
There purpose is clear and the balance will be struck.
ALL THINGS IN BALANCE
Walk this day in balance.
Sleep this night in peace
