Great spirit I thank for the new day, for watching over me and guiding my way
For the strength to complete another journey
and for this time to rest.
The spirits of morning have spoken
There message is that today we hold the keys
to unlock the door to our own peace mind body and spirit.
The journey today is in your hands
Let it be one of beauty
May this day blossom in your hearts
Bringing with it all of the blessings of the summer season.
When Grandmothers time comes
And she sings her sacred song, and dances her sacred dance
Open your ears as well as your heart
Let her medicine bring you comfort, sweet dreams and renewed energy.
Tomorrow we begin again.
