Spirit of the water, I call out to you with good heart
I ask you to share your medicine with all who hear these prayers
You are a cleanser, purifier
you have the power to regenerate and to revitalize
The morning Crow speaks to all
They bring a message from the spirit world
Stand tall, with straight eyes, go forward
You are never alone on your journey
The journey continues to the time of peace
keep your balance stay focused
the glass is now half full.
If your heart is troubled, and you need help to commence
look to the sky, speak your concerns
The Great Spirit hears your heart
and his answers will come on the wings of the angels of the earth.
Upon its completion we will have reached the summit!
though the climb may have been challenging
we persevered.
When Grandmothers time comes once again
and you retire to your tents and dreams
sleep well dream sweet
Know you are a part of the universe
and in that knowledge you will find oneness.
